As an Interactive Art Director, you will

• Work closely with our creative director, designers, tech directors, strategists, and developers. You will lead a team through a wide range of projects, overseeing UX/UI designers, 3D designers, motion designers, freelance specialists, and developers.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts, based on a close collaboration with our clients and our internal strategists.
• Work hands-on with designers across all parts of the design process, from UX to QA.
• Present your (and your team’s) ideas both internally and to clients. You can communicate a clear rationale behind your thought process and design decisions.
• Coach your team through the design process by inspiring and continuously challenging them to do better work.
• Be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance and always keep an eye on the details.

Your qualifications should show

• Ability to lead, direct, and delegate to multiple designer's team while also working independently to set, follow, and meet strict deadlines.
• Great aesthetic sensibilities and a comprehensive understanding of digital strategy.
• Ability to execute multiple styles of design, branding, illustration, and motion graphics for various audiences and brands.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Great knowledge of usability and UX best practices.
• Great (and curiously evolving) understanding of the opportunities and limitations of the modern web and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speech, both with your team and directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to oversee the technical development process of a project and quality control on objectives, functionality, and design finesse.

• Animation/motion graphics interest and knowledge in software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, and the likes.
• Interest and knowledge in prototyping tools and applications like Figma, Framer, Principle, and the likes.
• HTML/CSS proficiency
