Office Assistant

We’re looking for a warm and positive people person, who is proactive, effective and organized. Your purpose is to provide support for our operations, HR process, and manage the details and foundations we use and evolve to take care of each other to ensure our organization operates smoothly.


Part-time: A few days a week or a few hours every weekday (we’re flexible).

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Front of house and phone greeter

  • Filing and records management (digital and paper)

  • Coordinate weekly studio breakfasts

  • Tracking, prioritization, fulfillment of office to do’s

  • Sub-tenant, landlord and studio issues liaison

  • Supplies and inventory planning, procurement, coordination

  • Mediate staff issues / needs

  • Logistics support for founders and partners

  • Manage planning and facilitate updates for social media and job postings


People

  • Primary interface with Trinet systems: Payroll, Benefits, Issues resolution, Policies
  • PTO management: tracking, recording, reporting, reconciliation
  • Naturally outgoing, charismatic, gravitas and charm. Have presence in a room, ability to earn respect and influence people.
